Tobruk Sheep Station, the most beautiful and most authentic rural and outback experience in the Sydney region. Set on over 150 acres (70 hectares) on a high plateau above the Hawkesbury River, Tobruk is surrounded by State Forests and bushland, with amazing views to the Blue Mountains. You will feel 1,000 miles from anywhere but in reality you’re only 70 minutes from Sydney (10 mins short of Wisemans Ferry).
Tobruk is ideally suited for families through to corporate groups, seniors groups, international tourists and incentives who are looking for something unique or wanting to get out of the city and experience rural and outback Australia for the day.

The Tobruk Station Homestead
A beautiful country homestead that exudes the sort of warm country charm and ambience you would expect from an authentic country residence. Often guests will bring other families, friends or grandparents as the four bedrooms and the ample living areas are large enough to accommodate bigger groups.
Sleeps up to 12 people, features include:
* Two queen and one double bedroom
* A bunk room for the kids - sleeps 5
* Full kitchen with all appliances and accessories
* Large central dining room
* Large lounge room with TV/DVD
* Modern bathroom and laundry facilities
* Wrap around balcony overlooking the dam and horse paddocks
* BBQ on the balcony or campfire under the stars
* Large front balcony overlooking the Tobruk shearing shed and show paddocks
The homestead is fully provisioned with all bed linen, doonas, pillows, towels etc. It features an air conditioning and heating system. The Station Homestead is available on weekends, mid week and throughout all holiday periods. You may choose to bring your own meals, have us provision for you with hearty country hampers or indeed eat select meals in the Tobruk restaurant.
The Drovers Cabin
The perfect overnighter to base yourself from while you explore the many villages, sites and attractions in and around the Hawkesbury region. A quaint cabin, with simple features, front balcony that is suitable for a family of 4-5.
Sleeps up to 5 people, features include:
