The environment is ideal for training, learning and development programs, team building and business planning sessions. Privately owned by Barry Topple, the Retreat offers highly personalised service and the flexibility to meet your individual requirements. As an experienced trainer, Barry truly understands the needs of meetings organisers, facilitators and delegates:

* Wireless broadband is available free throughout the Retreat.

The hi-tech centre is fully air-conditioned with an abundance of natural light, but also offers full blackout facilities. Each conference suite has its own private lounge for tea/coffee and general relaxation and the Sackville and Spencer Suites have a private office equipped with a computer and dedicated phone and fax lines.

Capacities
The Sackville and Spencer Suites have specially designed movable walls which offer the flexibility to extend the size of the meeting area. Please see the last picture on the right to view our capacity chart.

Charges
Providing exceptional value, our NSW conference venue charges include full use of all leisure facilities including the golf course.

Per delegate cost (incl GST) 
* Accommodation - per room for single or twin occupancy  $155 
* Full country breakfast – per delegate  $20 
* Day rate $65 
* Half day rate $50 

Day rate includes: Lunch, morning and afternoon tea and full use of conference room (including standard AV equipment)
Half day rate includes: Lunch, morning OR afternoon tea and full use of conference room (including standard AV equipment)

Breakout rooms
Two complimentary breakout rooms are included for groups of fifteen or more delegates. For additional breakout rooms there is a charge of $150 per room per day.

Other charges
These include such items as alcohol, telephone, faxes, transport, specialist AV equipment and personal laundry.

Accommodation at the Retreat
The Retreat offers a variety of accommodation rooms overlooking the river, the golf course or landscaped gardens. The 54 rooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ensuite facilities and free wireless internet access.

The Retreat also offers your residential conference the option to have exclusive use of the property and facilities.

All 54 rooms are available for single or twin occupancy and we also have the ability to accommodate delegates in nearby facilities, extending our total capacity, on a twin share basis, to 120 delegates. Room facilities include:
* Free wireless internet access - Direct dial telephone (with modem connection)
* Remote control colour TV  - Foxtel
* Mini bar  - Tea and coffee facilities
* Alarm clock radio - Hair dryer
* Iron and ironing board
 
Dining
We appreciate each conference has different needs so we try and provide you with as much flexibility as possible.

Morning & Afternoon Tea
The Day and Half Day packages include:
* Freshly brewed tea and coffee
* Chef’s selection of home-baked scones, cakes or pastries

Lunch options
* Working lunch in the conference centre
* Poolside BBQ
* Buffet in the Riverbend Restaurant

Dinner options
* 2/3 course table d’hote
* BBQ poolside or in the gardens

Team Building
Our extensive grounds can be used for outdoor training activities, we even have our own ropes courses.

There are a number of teambuilding companies with extensive experience in using the Retreat, details are provided in our Conference Kit.

Activities
Extensive leisure activities are provided in your conference rate to help your delegates relax outside formal conference proceedings.

Activities include:
* Golf course – par 34, 9 holes, 18 tees
* Swimming pool - 25 metre outdoor saltwater pool
* Tennis - 2 floodlight, all-weather courts and equipment
* Volleyball, beach volleyball
* Basketball, badminton, croquet and petanque
* Games Room with pool tables, table tennis, foosball, darts, stereo system and Foxtel

We can also arrange other activities such as:
