The Games Room
Perched above the Irish Bar, The Games Room - with it’s distinctive ceiling display of games - is a popular area that can be reserved for your next function.
The Ladies Lounge
Sit beneath the a Parisian 1880s chandelier in lush armchairs in a parlour setting and enjoy the amazing antique fixture and truly unique surrounds.
The Gentleman’s Club
This cosy room has its own working wood fireplace and private booths. Sip a pint of Guinness while catching up with mates or savour an Irish coffee.
The Irish Verandah
At the Windsor Road end of The Verandah you'll find dedicated Play Stations for children and teens to be entertained.
The Dungeon
What better place to celebrate that mile-stone birthday than in our Dungeon area? Complete with its own lockup, this is a room with loads of atmosphere for your event.
Various Booths and Rooms
All the rooms within the original Cobb & Co. refreshment station house can be themed to your special occasion. Each room has a special theme and array of antiques on display and can be booked for a private dinner for two - or ten.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard's size offers complete flexibility for all types of functions. With a huge cinema screen and raised platform stage. the possibilities for any event or presentation are endless. Complete with a state of the art acoustic system, The Courtyard is perfect for live entertainment.
Dining in the Courtyard Bistro is also a fabulous experience. Whether a casual dinner or a planned celebration, the Bistro offers a tempting menu which includes fresh seafood and hearty pub favourites - and always locally sourced produce, where available. All areas of the Courtyard Bistro can be reserved for 2 to 200 guests.

The Greenway Room
Named after the original building designer, Francis Greenway, this dedicated function space is the latest addition to the Mean Fiddler. Offering versatility in its design, this venue, with its exposed sandstone walls and natural light, comes complete with state of the art technical capabilities making it perfect for corporate meetings, presentations and seminars. For a sophisticated cocktail gathering, seated event or wedding reception, this space is a masterpiece design and unforgettable venue.
